Tor/Forge is one of the few publishers I would actually buy a book from based on the name of the publisher. Most of the time it doesn’t really matter who published the book, but in this case, I actually lend weight to the name.

I admit it, I’ve never read any of Robert Jordan’s work, an oversight that I should correct very soon. While the John Scalzi title initially drew me in to the contest, I had to click on the rest of the covers and find out more. The books by Cherie Priest and Carrie Vaughn look very interesting, and I’d love to read further.
I’ve been an avid reader for many years of the titles published by TOR. My first series was Terry Goodkind’s Sword Of Truth novels. Captivating from beginning to end and reread several times over again. It’s the only publisher I trust to put out great sci/fi fantasy.
